Order Processor/CAD Technician

Based in Dalgety Bay, FIFE, The Merlin Network (Scotland) Ltd is a leading manufacturer of quality PVCu windows, doors & conservatories to the trade.

Required for our busy sales office. You will be computer literate to a high standard and ideally have knowledge of Business Micros Evolution & Evonet software or a similar manufacturing system. As a front line member of the team, you will have a pleasant manner and possess good communication skills. Mon-Fri 8.30am – 5.00pm.

Using ‘Evolution & Evonet’ the industry leading PVCu Window Manufacturing & Management software, you will be responsible for:

• Dealing courteously with customer enquires by e-mail, telephone, fax and face to face contact
• Producing customer quotations within agreed timescales
• Processing orders and producing relevant documentation for the customer and our production staff
• Executing and producing conservatory drawings using AutoCad and RoofRight software
• To operate in close liaison with other colleagues within the sales and administration departments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive – Dependent on Experience
